PRE-DECIDE YOUR OWN RUN DISTANCES*

*Participants will receive the NON - TIMED finisher e-certificate mentioning the distance covered by them ONLY when they cover the actual distance as mentioned by them during the registration process. 

*If you are running a lesser distance, than the chosen distance, you would NOT be counted as a finisher.
For example - If you chose to run a 10K distance but ended up running a 5K distance, you would NOT be eligible for a Finisher E-Certificate & Finisher Medal, based on your takeaways selection.

*If you are running a greater distance, than the chosen distance, you would be counted as a finisher for your pre-chosen distance only (as chosen in the registration process).

For example - If you chose to run a 10K distance but ended up running a 21.1K distance, you would ONLY be eligible for a 10K distance Finisher E-Certificate & Finisher Medal, based on your takeaways selection.

Only under special circumstances, a 0.25 km’s relaxation would be considered for any distance category.

All the proofs submitted will be verified & post successful verification, the finishers will receive a kit, as per the registration made consisting of a Finisher's E-Certificate, Finisher's Medal, and the Excellent Quality Tuffman DRI FIT T-SHIRT.

Tuffman Cap (Yellow Colored), Tuffman Visor, Tuffman Bandana are available at INR 700, INR 500 & INR 200 respectively as an ADD-ON TICKET.

TAKEAWAYS' NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE

30 days after the event, the applied takeaways shall be dispatched to be delivered right to your doorstep. Regular updates shall be shared with you via SMS from the delivery partner.

The finisher medal is a ‘finisher’ reward and is subject to a successful & genuine run finish & data submission and hence, will not be sent prior to event in anyway. It shall be sent as per TAKEAWAY'S NORMAL DISPATCH TIMELINE as mentioned above.

We understand that you accept the fact that the finisher takeaways such as finisher medal & finisher e-certificate will only be sent to the finishers after the event. If a T-SHIRT is opted, it should be to sent your door – step regardless of the finisher status (along with Tuffman Cap (Yellow Colored), Tuffman Visor, Tuffman Bandana, if opted).

ACTIVITY DATA SUBMISSION
========================

Once you finish your run, you need to submit a post run picture of yours with an activity link & screenshot of your run activity which would show the details such as distance you ran, time & date, average pace, etc.

RUN data can be submitted from 29th January 00:00 hrs to 30th January, 2023 18:00 hrs, post that no more run data will be accepted.

WHERE TO SUBMIT THE ACTIVITY DATA - All of these are to be submitted through an Activity Submission Event Link. The link for the submission to the event will be sent to you in the run communication via email, before the run dates. Late data submission is not appreciable and will not be entertained.

SIMPLE RULES
=============

1. Tuffman Jaipur 10K (Virtual Edition) starts & ends on 29th January, 2023 (Sunday) from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs.

The run activity needs to be :- 

⭕ Completed in ONE SINGLE SESSION on 29th January, 2023.

⭕Only during the mentioned time frame and doesn't need to be completed under any cut-off timing.

2. Runners are to run the opted distance using a GPS based device such as a Watch / Mobile Phone and syncing their runs to apps like Strava, Garmin, RunKeeper, Runtastic, Nike Run Club, Map My Run, etc. Manual activity data will not be entertained.

3. The run is totally participation based and NOT a performance based event. Hence, there would be no timings / positions expressed anywhere on the e-certificate. For timed runs, one can feel free to visit at www.tuffmanindia.com/races.html where one can check for our timed races.

COURIERING GUIDELINES
======================

1) Couriering attempt shall be done max once.

2) In case of 2nd and so on courier attempts, cost for extra attempts (& the takeaway's if lost) is to be paid separately by the registered participant which shall follow, in case of non - delivery of the takeaway package due to any reason.

3) Please note that the takeaway package would be sent only to the address under records. We are not responsible for any wrong / incomplete information provided in regards to the address (including pincode).

4) The same is also applicable in case of mis-fit of the opted T-SHIRT sizes.

TAKEAWAY(S) DISPATCH FOR A GROUP
=================================

Avail opportunity to receive your physical takeaway’s together in a suitable bulk packaging at one common address, for 4+ participants who have registered for the event.

The delivery for all the physical takeaways will be simplified for a group and you can experience proud memories, enjoying your takeaways.

The group leader / admin needs to get in touch with us via info@tuffmanindia.com, and we shall get back to him / her regarding the dispatch for the respective group.

IMPORTANT - The group leader should contact us maximum by 31st January, 2023 to be eligible for the group dispatch.

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS – Inform your group leader / admin, if you are interested in takeaway(s) dispatch for yourself via the group dispatch way. You shall give your name and contact number to the group leader, so that he / she can add you to the list.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY
==================================================

Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances and the event dates may be changed to a new date.
