REFRAME FOR SUCCESS

IAF Delhi Hub is delighted to host an in-person session by Hardy Alexander, IAF India Chair and co facilitated by Puja Thakur, lead, Delhi Hub.

Program Objective:

Use concepts from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to create greater awareness of the limiting beliefs we carry within ourselves; use reframing techniques to challenge our thinking patterns in order to be more resourceful in our current roles.

Desired Outcome

Participants will be able to identify their limiting beliefs and use a structured approach to replace limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs for personal success.

Learning Outcomes

• Become aware of limiting beliefs we carry about ourselves in our current roles
• Apply the NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming) presuppositions to facilitate conversations Explore the technique of reframing limiting beliefs and be at our personal best
