Walkathon Distance and Route:

A 3 KM route along clean and green roads of Pune - FC Road, Apte Road and JM Road.

The neo-Woman walkathon is designed to be an inclusive, city-wide initiative encouraging participation from women and men of all age groups - adolescents, working professionals, homemakers, and elderly. The focus of the event is on preventive health and early detection of conditions that significantly impact women today. The walkathon also promotes holistic well-being - balanced nutrition, regular exercise, mental health awareness, and routine health check-ups.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Registration fees: INR 199 (Early bird tickets valid till 5th April)

Inclusions: This is a non-Competitive Walkathon. Registration fees includes Bib number, T-Shirt, Cap, Finisher's Medal, Post event Refreshments, Hydration & Route support and Overall event experience.

Please note: It is compulsory to collect bib and t-shirt for the walkathon. Participants without bib number will not be allowed to participate in the Walkathon.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR neo-WOMAN WALKATHON:

1. The neo-Woman Walkathon is a non-competitive Walkathon and no prizes or trophies are for podium finishers
2. The responsibility of medical fitness of the participant resides with the participant.
3. Event organizers, sponsors or any entity associated with the event organizers will NOT be responsible for any theft, damage, and physical injury happening during the event. The race organizers will take care to provide first aid assistance as fast as they can in case of emergency.
4. The participant agrees that their participation in the event is voluntary. Furthermore, they agree to assume any risk associated with participating in the event, and releases neo-Woman Clinic & AGE Sports from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise during their participation. Such releases are without limitation, and include attorneys' fees, personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or damages suffered by the participant.
5. The participant agree to indemnify and hold neo-Woman Clinic & AGE Sports harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage.
6. The participant hereby warrants that they are physically fit and capable of participating in event without undue risk.
7. neo-Woman Clinic & AGE Sports maintains the right to deny your participation in this event if they deem that it would risk loss or damage to any party.
8. All participants are required to obey the rules and regulations laid by the organizers. Non-compliance to the rules will result in disqualification.
9. No participants will be allowed at the event venue without the bib numbers.
