Every professional operates with a unique set of internal “drivers” — patterns of motivation that shape how we think, communicate, and perform. While these drivers fuel excellence, they can also create stress, friction, or burnout when overused.

In this Two and half hour experiential workshop, participants will explore the five classic Driver Behaviors identified by Taibi Kahler — Be Perfect, Be Strong, Hurry Up, Try Hard, and Please Others.

Through self-assessment, guided reflection, and practical exercises, participants will uncover their dominant drivers, understand their impact on workplace dynamics, and learn actionable strategies to bring these drivers into balance. The session concludes with a 30-Day Driver Balance Plan to sustain behavioral change and professional effectiveness.
