Zumba is a dance based fitness program where as Strong is a new fitness program by Zumba which include HIIT – High intensity interval training led by Muic. Since its not advisable to do HIIT training daily and to help the student build Stamina / Alignment / Strength this workshop will be a mix of Strong – HIIT Exercise format & Zumba – Dance Fitness. Certification - Stage performance - in just 10 days starting from April 26.
