Introducing Zeron (Dzerouengmit Lepcha), a singer-songwriter from Gangtok, Sikkim.

My music is rooted in my Lepcha heritage and traditions, blending the sounds of traditional instruments with contemporary influences. I sing in Lepcha, Nepali, and English, and through my songs, I try to express a deep connection to nature, culture, and emotions. I believe in building bridges between the old and the new, and I feel that this spirit aligns with the heart of Depot 48. 

It would be a great opportunity and experience for me to be able to share my music in the city’s hustle bustle and to bring the sound of my community in the city like Delhi. Depot 48 celebrates diversity, dialogue, and creative expression. I hope to share my music with a wider audience and learn from the many beautiful people who will gather there.
