The Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test evaluates an individual’s ability to repeatedly perform intervals over a prolonged period of time, particularly for athletes from cricket, football, basketball, tennis, and similar sports.
The Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test usually takes 4-20 minutes for each player.

· It is important to inform us about any medical or surgical conditions in the past
· Report as per batches allotted to you for smooth execution of the event
· Wear comfortable clothes and compulsory sports shoes for the test
What to expect on 19th January?
You will be taken in as per your batches and a short demonstration will be conducted by experts about appropriate warm-up before the test. Also, the players will be well familiarised with the test before making them perform the final test. A very brief talk on upcoming Ssprint events will be discussed and the test will be preceded. After the test, the player will be handed over with a scorecard indicating their Yo-Yo scores and their interpretation.
