High blood pressure is also called hypertension. This ‘silent killer’ is all the more dangerous because it displays no symptoms. So, the only way you can find out is by getting yourself checked regularly. The next logical step is, of course, to know how to control high blood pressure.
This session is specifically to teach you which poses and what flow will help you take control of your life again and help you get off of the medication to control your blood pressure.
