Set in the vibrant 1960s, Yeh Chand Sa Roshan Chehra follows the inner world of a 20-year-old girl from Belgaum, whose life is shaped by her deep love for the iconic actor Shammi Kapoor. In a time when cinema was more than entertainment, it was escape, hope and identity. For her, Shammi Kapoor is not just a star on the screen; he becomes a constant emotional presence, influencing her dreams, choices and sense of self. The play revolves around her love for Shammi and how her life moves ahead with that. 

Sawani is a theatre artist from Pune who has been actively involved in theatre for the past few years. Passionate about the performing arts, she enjoys exploring stories and perspectives through different creative lenses. Her work in theatre reflects her curiosity about people, emotions, and the many ways human experiences can be expressed on stage.
