TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Beware of fake / color photocopied tickets.
2. No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
3. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
4. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
5. Entry permitted to guests above the age of 18 years.
6. Each ticket admits one person only.
7. Artist line up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
8. Organizers reserve the right to perform security check on invitees/member of audience at the entry point for security reasons.
9. Organizers or any of its agent, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
10. Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
11. Organizers will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the event.
12. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
13. Cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol are not allowed from outside the event.
14. Food and beverages will be available inside the event arena.
15. Rights of admission reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
16. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; guests are encouraged to drink responsibly and in moderation.
17. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
18. First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising.
19. Any disputes to be settled under Chennai jurisdiction courts only.
20. The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
21. The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
22. Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
23. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.                                             
24. Boarding starts at 4 pm and sailing starts at 5 pm. The guests will not be allowed entry once the sailing starts.
     A. Early bird tickets are General Admission (G.A.) tickets which are available at a special price for a limited period.

26. Music; dancing and singing is allowed on board while out at sea under safe environment conditions.
27. Every person boarding the boat is advised to take care of their own personal belongings and the organizer does not take any responsibility for the same.
28. Every person boarding the boat is advised to carry their own sea-sickness medication after consultation with their general physician.
29. While selfie’s; photographs on mobile phones are allowed – the same is to be taken in a safe manner by not leaning over or standing on the railings of the boat.
30. All people boarding the boat have to follow the rules of the sea and abide by the rules and conditions set down by the master; crew and engineer of the boat. The Master of the boat will have the final say in any matter concerning safety and discipline on the boat and cannot be disputed.
31. Obscene (or) sexual acts in any form is not allowed on the boat or within Chennai Port Trust Limits by any person - violation of the same will result in the person being de-boarded from the boat.
32. Gambling in any form is strictly prohibited. Anybody found violating the same would be de-boarded from the boat.
33. Photography of the port facilities or ships within the harbor premises is strictly forbidden for all security reasons. Photography is allowed only with prior permission of the management and the port authorities.
34. Jumping / diving into the sea / water is strictly forbidden. If done the same is done exclusively at the person’s own risk and the company or staff hold no responsibility for your actions.
35. The Use of fire-crackers; hand flares; open flame lights and strobe lights etc are prohibited for use on the boat inside the harbor or out on open sea as this being a secured area and indicates a distress signal - where the boat is continuously monitored by the coast guard; navy and coastal police and is subject to action by the port and other relevant authorities.
36. Only Indian Nationals with valid Indian identity cards are permitted with the Port Trust Limits. Foreign nationals are not allowed.
37. Movement of the boat is subject to traffic conditions and climate conditions within the port limits and permission to sail out and in from the port signal station. Guests are requested to be patient in case of delays as port rules cannot be violated for any reason. Commercial ships will be given the first preference for moving in and out of the port. The company does not take any responsibility for port congestion within Chennai Port Trust Limits.
