With Kaloana Mehta get introduced to your ‘body’ what we call the ‘self’. Using your body as a medium get get deeper to touch your mind and soul. In this workshop she will guide you with Asanas, Kriyas, Pranayams and Meditation techniques which can also be used later as Niyamas to purify the body.
and with Komal Agarwal, through family constellation therapies drop the concept of ‘My body’ and get in touch with your soul. Not only your soul but experience how it feels to literally step into somebody else’s shoes and experience their soul and feel their emotions.

Kalpana Mehta, is a very experienced senior yoga teacher from The Yoga Institute (Santacruz, Mumbai), she is initiate of Himalayan Tradition and follows Swami Rama’s teachings in her work. She teaches yoga as a holistic approach. Just by looking at you, she knows what is happening inside your body.
Komal Agarwal has more than 16 years of experience dealing in human behaviour. She is a Systemic Constellation Facilitator (Family, Business & Structure), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regressionist, Pranic Healer, Intuitive Healer and Life Coach.
