10th December open to singles of 25-35 and 35-50 age group

TIME: 5 to 8 pm

FEES:

• EARLY BIRD RATE: Rs 2500 which includes - 2 drinks + appetizers

• REGULAR RATE: Rs 3,500 which includes – 2 drinks + appetizers

• Early bird rates apply –if payments are made before 3rd December

• Regular Rates apply—if payments are made 3rd December onwards

Please note – All payments need to be realized BEFORE the commencement of the event – by 10th December. No walk-ins or payments at the gate will be entertained.

SCREENING PROCESS:

All new attendees are required to fill out the registration form and undergo a brief phone interview. The venue and payment details will be disclosed post successfully undergoing the screening process.

About our Events:

Our events are held at carefully selected venues where you can feel at home & mingle in a non-intimidating environment.

With the exception of a one off day event, our events are usually at a convenient for working professionals- 9 pm to midnight.

The events are loosely broken up into 2 parts:

a. 5 to 5:30 pm will be introductions where you will meet other attendees, make stimulating conversation over Cocktails or mocktails & finger food. Interact, talk about your-self, enjoy common interests & just soak in the experience. In our effort to make it more interactive, we may have a fun game or two to break the ice!!

b. 5:30 pm onwards, you are free to interact with attendees in a fun, secure party like setting.

Our humble suggestion:

To get the best out of such evenings, please try to focus on the overall experience. Savor each interaction, feel the vibe & try not keeping a count or an account of “how many” you meet or the number of drinks etc. please appreciate we are trying our best to provide you with a one of a kind opportunity to meet, interact & possibly you taking things forward with the right person.

Heart and Soul works hard to ensure the security of your information. Once it comes into its possession, reasonable steps will be taken to protect and secure this information.

Heart and Soul maintains a database of customer information in order to promote its site and product and service offerings. This is used for email. The Company may, from time to time, provide you with information about our products and services that we think will interest you.

Terms and Conditions

o If you are not on the guest list, zoom details will not be shared with you. This event starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 8:00 pm. We request you to come on zoom call on time so that you have a chance to introduce yourself and to get to know everyone on the call.

o You must be legally single & NOT in a relationship to join our events.

o At the registration desk, you will need to register

o The full payment of Rs. 3,000/- will be collected in advance before the event.

o We try our best to maintain a balanced ratio of men and women, and request you to inform us in case you have a change of plans.

o Please be respectful of everyone in the chat room. We suggest exchanging email/Facebook IDs before phone numbers.

o If someone asks us for your contact information after the event, we will share your email ID with them unless you’ve specifically asked us not to.

o Please refrain from using the events to promote your business.

o The fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for a future event.

o No shows” will not be tolerated. Failure to attend an event without prior notice (48 hours), or a courtesy message, may result in a strike, or suspended membership. Event tickets are limited and committing a “no show” leads to disappointment for the rest of the attendees who were looking forward to meeting you. In addition, another member could have attended the event in your place. A courtesy phone call or SMS is requested if your plans change last minute.

Other things to keep in mind

o The Total Fee is Non-Refundable & Non-Negotiable.

o The fees are uniform for ALL. No special requests will be entertained.

o The service has been designed as an offering to be able to provide you with a holistic experience. Should you wish to not avail of a particular component of the offering, there will be no reduction in fees.

o Heart & Soul will not be held responsible for any false or misleading information provided by members. Any member intentionally providing false or misleading information will be banned from further participation.

o Heart & Soul is not responsible for what takes place outside of the events or 1-on-1 meetings.

o Our familiarity with our members is limited to information provided on the registration form, and our brief interactions with them, and are by no means character references.

o We encourage members to take the time to get to know each other before making any commitment.

o If you have a complaint about the behavior of our members during events or 1-on-1 meetings, we encourage you to inform one of our team members.

o Strict Action will taken against members indulging in the following activities once the party gets over -

 - Posting hurtful, nasty or humiliating rumors or comments about an individual on Social Media and Internet

- Publishing an embarrassing or nasty photo or video on Social Media and Internet

 - Creating a fake or nasty webpage/ Whatsapp group/ Social media forum / Face book Group about another individual

- Faking an identity online to ask for or post personal or fake information about someone

Code of Conduct:

As a Client of Heart and Soul you accept that we cannot be responsible for your interactions with others or for the conduct and interactions of those members we introduce to you.

 You agree to take very seriously your conduct while working with Heart and Soul and not to undertake any of the following, and understand that should you break one of these codes of conduct, we may be required to take action which is including but not limited to the termination of your membership at our sole discretion without refund.

Harass or cause a nuisance, inconvenience, distress, fear, anxiety or physical harm to any person we introduce you to or an employee or agent of THE ONE

Act in an abusive, rude, threatening, obscene, harassing, offensive, sexist, discriminatory or racist manner towards any member we introduce you to or a member of the Heart and Soul staff or it’s agents

iii) Violate the private rights of any Heart and Soul member, an employee or agent of the company, including but not limited to forwarding, distributing and displaying e-mails, social media communication, recorded video chats, Whatsapp messages, photos, personal data or profiles. You must not make any disparaging statements, either verbally or in writing, about Heart and Soul to or any member to any third party.

Promote or appear to be promoting your own products or services to any member or employee of Heart and Soul or agents of the company

Impersonate another person, provide us with false identification or records in an attempt to mislead any member of the Heart and Soul or Staff

Provide us with any photograph or materials to which a third party is the owner of the rights to that material, and of which you have not received and provided to us their written permission for the use of such photographs or material

Do anything which restricts or inhibits anyone else’s use or enjoyment of the Heart and Soul services or do anything, which prejudices or damages the reputation (deliberately or recklessly) of the company or any subsidiary of the company, or member introduced to you.

Intellectual Property

o The brand names, slogans, company and business names, pending trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos used on the website, including without limitation Heart and Soul business name and logo, are the trademarks of Heart and Soul.

o You further agree not to use any domain name, pending trademarks, trade name, service mark, logo, or other materials confusingly similar to the trademarks without our prior written consent.

o All information and materials published, transmitted, or otherwise available on the website or through the provision of our services are protected by copyright or trademarked (as applicable), and owned or controlled by Heart and Soul.

o You shall abide by all copyright and trademark notices, limitations, and restrictions applicable to Heart and Soul. Without limiting the foregoing, no content owned by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, reused, uploaded, downloaded, posted, or transmitted, other than through the website or the provision of our services in accordance with its intended use.

Photographs and videos

o Heart and Soul reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any our events without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Heart and Soul may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Heart and Soul including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

o To ensure the privacy of individuals and images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed client.

o A person attending a Heart and Soul event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Heart and Soul at info@heartandsoulevents.in, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Heart and Soul will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

o By participating in a Heart and Soul event or by failing to notify event organizer , in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Heart and Soul, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Heart and Soul from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

o Any person or organization not affiliated with Heart and Soul may not use, copy, alter or modify Heart and soul photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Heart and Soul.
