For Lead Developer,
- Exp - 9+ yrs
- Sound knowledge in JVM Stack
- Advocate and practitioner of TDD, Clean code
- Experience in Microservices, DDD and Clean Architecture
- Good knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices
- Expertise in mentoring less experienced peers
- Advocate for technical excellence
- Experience in working with client stakeholders to provide technical solutions to solve problems
- Experience in leading teams to successfully deliver software in an iterative fashion
