Saevus presents the Wild Pixel Contest to celebrate Wildlife Week with a Virtual Wildlife Photography Exhibition. Register now to Win a signed certificate from renowned photographer Dhritiman Mukherjee, for the three best images. The best 10 images will get an opportunity to be showcased in Saevus Magazine. Chosen 150 images will be exhibited on a rotational basis. Be ready to send us your best wildlife images. Registrations open on 15th September and close on 25th September. Chosen 150 images will be exhibited on a rotational basis from 2nd October.
-Maximum 3 images per submission. -Each image will be accompanied by a caption and an audio file with the photographer speaking of his experience while creating the image. -Registrations open for all. The registration charge is INR100. .-Image specification and requirements: Below 5mb in jpg, png, or jpeg format. Width less than 1900px and smaller than 5000x5000 pixels.-Only wildlife images allowed.
-Only unedited raw images to be submitted. Heavily cropped or edited images will be disqualified.
Important notifications. The copyright of the submitted image remains with the respective photographer. However, SAEVUS can feature any or all of the submitted materials in any and all media for promotional purposes.
All contest participants grant SAEVUS the perpetual license to copy, edit, display, publish, and make available their submission materials and agree that SAEVUS may publish their names in connection with this exhibition.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that all images have been taken while abiding by all rules and regulations, that no image belongs to that of an animal in captivity and no harm of any nature has been inflicted on any life form during taking the image.
The person submitting the image also confirms that the image does not infringe on the copyright of any third party.
The entrant further agrees to indemnify, hold and save harmless and defend at his/her own expense, SAEVUS, its officials, and persons performing services for SAEVUS, against any claims, suits, liability, and demands made by any third parties in respect of such infringement or other hazards that may be suffered by the contributor as a result of his/her participation in this exhibition.
