Centre for Social and Organizational Leadership (C SOL) at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is committed to continuously advance the global and local thinking and practice of OD, Change and Leadership. Keeping the TISS value and mission of CSOL to further foster leadership and change we are organizing Transcendence'17.
The conference would be a synergistic platform for facilitating dialogue amongst different stakeholders from diverse disciplines, sectors and individuals to disseminate information, develop new partnership in order to expose possibilities, co-create ideas as well as literally and metaphorically ‘transcend’ in the OD space. It will create a dynamic space to bring forth cutting edge ideas in the industry and explore possibilities of what lies‘ next.
CEOs, renowned experts, practitioners, thought leaders and researchers in the area of OD, Change and Leadership will address the delegates on both the days on themes as below:
THEMES OF THE CONFERENCE
The audience of conference will be Business leaders, OD practitioners, thought leaders, HR Professionals, Corporate managers, Consultants, Academicians and Students. We expect approximately 500 delegates to attend this conference.

We aspire to affirm our firm roots as well as our future vision in the process of acknowledging, highlighting and celebrating the full spectrum of colours in the space of Organisation Development & Change. To rise above and move beyond what is & explore the untouched possibilities.
Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual during the registration process. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Discounts would be applicable as per the timelines mentioned on the registration portal.
Group (3+) Discount:
A purchase of three (3) or more conference registrations tickets, at the same time, will receive a discount of 15% per registration. All tickets need to be purchased vide a single transaction (credit / debit card), to avail the Group Discount option.
Group (5+) Discount:
A purchase of five (5) or more conference registrations tickets, at the same time, will receive a discount of 25% per registration. All tickets need to be purchased vide a single transaction (credit / debit card), to avail the Group Discount option.
Group (10+) Discount:
A purchase of ten (10) or more conference registrations tickets, at the same time, will receive a discount of 30% per registration. All tickets need to be purchased vide a single transaction (credit / debit card), to avail the Group Discount option.
Conference Student/Academic Rate
Students (pursuing full time academic courses) & Academicians would be eligible for a special registration fee, upon submission of valid identification of their student/academic standing. The ID proof will be required to be uploaded at the time of registration. Valid/ accredited university ID cards would be needed at the venue for verification purposes. Therefore Students & academicians are requested to carry the same on the days of the conference. Failure to produce proof of student/ academic status shall attract cancellation of ticket and an associated fee is INR 500.
TISS Alumni Rate
All Alumni of TISS shall qualify for alumni discount and are requested to upload a valid identification card/document during registration. In the event of unavailability of a valid identification, the delegate would be charged the on-site Conference Pass registration rate of Rs7500.
Substitutions would be allowed with an explicit written permission of the original registrant. Participants may submit the request via email to email@example.com.
Please note: Substitutions would attract a processing fee
In the event that a participant is unable to attend the Conference, the registration can be cancelled at 25% refund value up to May 31st, 2017. Cancellations post 1st June 2017, would not qualify for a refund, however, can be substituted (refer above on Substitution Policy). Registrations neither cancelled nor substituted nor attended, will not be refunded.
