After more than a decade of hosting Discovery, Sprint, Regional, and now Expedition-style Adventure Races across India, we realized — there are countless women who are confident, versatile, and ready for bigger adventures, but they are yet to experience the world of Adventure Racing.

This race is about HER — about creating that opportunity and bridging that gap.

Taking inspirations from our peers in New Zealand and Australia, this dream is now reality as we proudly present TRAILBLAZEHER.

About the concept:

"Adventure Racing is a self-supported, multi-discipline race that includes mountain biking, trail running / hiking, kayaking / Water sports, rope activities, and orienteering, where a Team of 4 races to the finish line on an unmarked course and experiences the local culture and traditions. The sport varies from 30KM to as long as 500+KMs."

TEAM FORMAT

• Solo & Team of 2 All Female Only. 
• Full Course (2 Days of Racing) & Short Course (1 Day of Racing)
• Above 18 years can only take part. 
• Part of ARWS Asia Series & Ranked event. Only Team of 2 Full Course will get Asian Rank. 

RACE CONCEPT, TEAM FORMAT, RACE DISTANCE, AND RACE DISCIPLINES

Adventure Race Concept

• Adventure racing is a multi-discipline endurance sport where competitors compete in teams, navigating from control point to control point in several disciplines.
• Disciplines include mountain biking, trekking, kayaking, orienteering and many other adventure sports disciplines
• Teams are expected to navigate using a map and compass.
• Teams must be able to operate in harsh remote environments in all weather conditions.
• This is a STAGE RACE team will be allowed to race during certain hours and they must sleep during night. 
• The first team to complete the whole course, with all the control points visited without any support will be declared the winner.
• Teams are required to complete the entire distance together (always within hearing and visual distance of each other), helping and assisting each other.
• Teamwork and team dynamics are essential. A detailed understanding of your teammates and of your own capabilities is essential and key in the race.

Race Disciplines

• Mountain biking – Teams should be prepared for a range of riding including single track, steep hills, gravel roads, mud roads, hair pin bends climbs, downhill, tarmac roads and of-course hike a bike 
• Trail Running - This Will involve traveling by foot through rugged terrains, paddy fields, single tracks, semi-tarmac roads etc.
• Hiking – Steep climbs on hills or mountains
• Water activity– Team should be prepared for water-based sports such as Kayaking / Water Tubing / River crossing. 
• Navigation – Navigation is an extremely important part of the race. The course is not marked, and teams are required to navigate using a map and compass.
• Rope Course - Activities like Abseiling, Zipline etc. Teams should get ready to do all of these or few of these activities.

Dates & Times:

• 18th September 2026, Friday - Teams Arrival, Admin Day, Registration & Race Briefing Ceremony
• 19th September 2026, Saturday – Race Flag Off Day 1 
• 20th September 2026, Sunday – Race Flag Off Day 2 followed by Closing Ceremony
