The Experience: A Collaborative QA Lab

In this special edition meetup, we transform the session into a live QA lab.

Participants will be divided into randomly formed teams, each working together to explore and test a system prepared for the event.

This isn’t about who finds the most bugs.

It’s about how you think, collaborate, and approach testing problems.

What You’ll Do

• Work in teams with testers from different backgrounds and experience levels
• Explore a system through your own testing strategy and approach
• Discuss and define risks, priorities, and test plans collaboratively
• Experiment with tools, techniques, and ideas in real time
• Share insights, perspectives, and learnings with your team

At the end of the session, each team will present:

• Their testing strategy and approach
• Key findings and insights
• Lessons learned during the process

This is where perspectives come together—highlighting how different teams approached the same problem in completely different ways.
