In this talk, we’ll explore the illusion of measuring quality, the risks of chasing misleading metrics, and how to use data as a guide for better decision-making. We’ll explore team-level and product-level metrics, and distinguish between indicators that can anticipate problems or reveal outcomes. This talk will leave you with a fresh perspective on metrics; not as absolute truths, but as tools to ask sharper questions about the real health of your products.
