The Spinning Wheels - Virtual Cycling Challenge

When physical distancing is the new normal and life has become monotonous, cycling is a must for the mind as well as for the body. Hence, by taking up this Fitness challenge we call upon you to spread the awareness about health and social benefits of cycling.

• Beginner - 10 KM Challenge
• Amateur - 20 KM Challenge
• Hustler - 30 Challenge
• Professional - 50 KM Challenge
• Ultimate - 80 KM Challenge
  
  

1.) The Spinning Wheels 2.0 will be a one-day event starting on Sunday 11th July 2021, 5:00 AM Onwards and will end on the same day at 9:00 PM.

2.) It is an outdoor virtual event and gym exercise cycles will not be allowed (You need to ensure that you are abiding by the social distancing norms).

3.) You need to cycle on 11th July 2021and need to submit your cycling activity data only once.

4.) Participants can cycle a distance of 10 KM, 20 KM, 30 KM, 50 KM, 80KM

5.) Participants can use Strava, Mapmyride or any other tracking App to record cycling distance and time.

6.) Cycling data to be submitted through a dedicated form link which you will receive in your ticket confirmation mail once you will register.

7.) Cycling data can be submitted between 11th July 2021 05:00 AM to 12th July 2021 till 10:00 AM only.

8.) Please ensure that you are cycling the distance chosen by you as cycling a lesser distance than the registered one will lead to disqualification.

9.) If you are cycling a lesser distance, than the chosen distance, your name will not appear in the leaderboard (A buffer of 0.2 Km will be considered

Terms and Conditions:- 

1.) Cycling activity must be completed within the specified time.

2.) Once you successfully register, you will receive a confirmation mail to your registered email id which has the link to submit the data embedded in it.

3.) The cycling data must be submitted through the dedicated link only. Sharing the data via email will not be considered.

4.) While submitting the data, make sure your distance and duration of your cycling are clearly visible to avoid any discrepancies.

5.) You can cycle more than the selected distance but for the leader board purpose, we will scale down your distance and time to the nearest KM's milestone based on your overall pace/speed. Example A has completed 21.5 KM in 01:55:35, On the leader board, it will show 21 KM in 01:52:54.

6.) Please make sure your address along with the pin code where the deliverables will be couriered should be complete and precise. Delivery Address once submitted cannot be changed.

7.) If you have opted for the deliverables, you will receive them within a month post-event. It might take an additional few days for the delivery of medals and t-shirts as services like shipment and logistics have been working with compromised capacities. Rest assured, your deliverables shall surely be delivered.

8.) All queries related to deliveries of medals and t-shirts to be brought to our notice within 10 days from the delivery date. Any query post that will not be entertained and will be considered successfully delivered. Once the order will be picked up and delivered you will be notified on your registered mobile no.
