The Night Run - 2023

EVENT INFORMATION

Date- 18 November 2023 | Venue- NOIDA HAAT

Come join us for an exciting The Night Run - 2023 event on November 18th in Noida Haat Sector - 32. This event is perfect for runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced marathoners. The night run will take place on a route that will take you through the streets of Noida.

The event will start at 8:00 PM and will have 5K, 10K, 2.5K, and 1K categories to participate in. The route is well-lit and fully secured for the safety of the participants. The run will be timed, and there will be water stations along the way to keep you hydrated.

Participants will also receive a finisher's medal and a t-shirt upon completion of the run. There will also be a post-run party with music and refreshments for all participants to enjoy. The event is open to runners of all ages and abilities, so bring your friends and family along for a fun and healthy night out.

HOW TO REGISTER:

• Read all the guidelines given on the event website and application form before submitting your application.
• After the registration is submitted successfully, registrants will receive an email and SMS,
• confirming their registration with a unique booking ID.
• Participants will receive an email and SMS with their BIB number and other details closer to the race day.
• If any participant wishes to confirm their registration status in the interim, they can send us an email.
• Requests for the cancellation of the participation and thereby, refunds will not be entertained.

Registrations close as soon as the targeted slots are filled.

FAQs

Q- When is The Night Run – 2023? What are the timings?

A- The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 18, 2023. Timings of the event will be shared closer to the race day.

Q- How can I register?

A- You can register online by clicking on the link provided on the page and paying through a choice of Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking.

Q- What does the Registration fee cover?

A- Registration fee includes

• E-Timing Certificate [for timed runs]

*Subject to availability of t-shirt sizes.

**Route Support will be provided for a defined time period only.

Q- Can I register manually (offline)?

A- Yes you can. (When more than 5 people)

Q- What is the last date of registration?

A- Registrations close as soon as the targeted slots are filled.

Q- Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?

A- In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 20 days before the event date, at eventsforindia.in@gmail.com to get a full refund.

Q- Oops! I made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?

A- Please send an email to eventsforindia.in@gmail.com with the correct details and we will update it.

Q- I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation of the registration. What should I do?

A- Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email eventsforindia.in@gmail.com with details of your registration - date of registration, name, and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.

Waiver Statement:

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees, and associates, the organizing committee, and other persons connected to the event of any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims, or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
