First 45 mins - Yoga

The heart of this workshop is self-awareness,self-accepting & grounding on and off the Matt using breathwork, guided meditation, visualisation practise, one-on-one sharing and other tools rooted in ancient to modern yoga. The 45 mins session includes 

• Pranayama - breathwork for re-generating heat by boosting metabolism.
• Asanas - Vinyasa flows with twists to boost immunity and digestive power.
• Meditation - simple guided meditation to increase awareness.

Next 30 mins: Promote Hormonal Balance through diet and lifestyle. 

Your endocrine system is all about your hormones which is the only way your organs inside your body interact with each other and communicate to the outside environment as YOU. From adrenal fatigue, and high blood sugar to fertility concerns thyroid imbalance, PCOD, low testosterone etc are root causes of many underlying issues we face. The moving meditative dance form incorporates breathwork, free movement, music and deep relaxation. It's the best form of unleashing your energy and building a connection with your soul.
