What if you could draw a song?
In this unique, immersive workshop, we'll explore the connection between music, emotions and art. Instead of drawing what you see, you'll listen to different pieces of music and turn what you hear and feel into colours, lines, shapes, patterns and textures.
Along the way, you'll learn simple, fun art techniques to help translate sounds and emotions onto paper. You don't need to be an artist or know how to draw — there are no right or wrong interpretations. Your artwork is your own response to the music.
While you create, you'll also be introduced to basic music forms, their structure, and a little history behind what you're hearing.
By the end of the workshop, you'll take home a unique piece of art inspired entirely by the music you heard.
