Day 1 - Camping Extravaganza

• Arrive at Campsite in the evening with family and fellow runners for a fun filled evening. Enjoy a game of volley ball, football or go trekking through Teakwood Forest to TIGER hill overlooking Fort Purandar. 
• Watch your kids enjoy crossing the obstacle course created in the middle of the forest or try crossing a burma bridge yourself across a 40 feet wide stretch.
• Unwind to a breezy evening by the Barbecue dinner cooked in the wilderness. Sing, dance or share a laugh with fellow runners and volunteers by the campfire at night.

Day 2 - Run and Fun

What could be a better way to start a day than an early morning run through the winding road of Velhe covered with tall tees. Let's do the morning 5K / 10K or 21K run followed by a lot of MASTI at Teakwood Camping with 

- Rain Dance (of course we recycle the water) followed by

- Delicious Brunch cooked from FARM FRESH Organic veggies and Fruits...

 Terms and Conditions

· Please choose the event category carefully, confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. Provide us with a secure email ID/mobile no that you can access regularly, since this will be our primary means of communication during the run up to the event.

· Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email address should add this email idservice@townscript.com to their address list.

 · We might be sending regular updates to the Mobile number you have provided in the registration form this should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk sms service provider.

· Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.

· You are aware that running long distance is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. You take full responsibility for participating in Teakwood Forest Run 2016 event and do not hold the organizing committee or any of it’s members or entities responsible for any injury or accident.

· You shall consult your physician and undergo complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in the event.

· You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.

· You agree that Teakwood Camping or Free Runners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.

· You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.

· You also agree to stop running if instructed by the Race director or the medical staff or by the aid station volunteers.

· You confirm that your name and media recordings taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event.

· You may acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by Teakwood Camping or Free Runners in connection with the organization, promotion and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.

· You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force major or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable)

· The overnight stay at Teakwood Camping is in the dormitory type accommodation. You are required to take precaution to stay within the specified area as instructed. 

· Campfire, Barbecue, Trekking and other adventure activities should not be attempted without the supervision of our instructors/volunteers. These activities require high level of physical fitness and endurance. You should not attempt any of these activities if you have any medical condition.

· At Teakwood Campsite, there are areas in the fields and forest that are out-of-bounds for the visitors. For your safety and security, you are required to stay out of these areas and follow the rules and regulations of Teakwood Farms during your stay at the campsite.

· Wearing of all the safety gears and following the safety instructions of the instructors is compulsory while attempting any of the adventure sport at Teakwood. Zipline, burma bridge, trekking or any other adventure activity shall not be attempted on your own. It is mandatory to submit the indemnity bond before attempting any adventure activity.

· You are required to follow the strict check-in and check-out time. The specified time will not be extended for any reasons.

· Transport from Teakwood to the start line of the run and back to the Teakwood is provided as an add on facility. It is your responsibility to ensure that the volunteers are aware about your whereabouts at all the times.

· The organizers has the final authority to continue or close any activity depending on the suitability of the same for the participants. The decision of organizers is final and non negotiable.

· Runners will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time considering the safety and health issues.
