Trek to Tandulwadi Fort - Vibes Outdoors

Event Information
We at Vibes Outdoors have arranged the trek to Tandulwadi fort.
Tandulwadi fort lies 5 k.m. east of Saphale Railway Station and is good for one day outing. One can get a good view of Vaitarna and Surya river. The route is very steep and goes over some rocky portions. On the top there are many water tanks, a monsoon lake and remains of settlements. The fort was mainly used as a watch tower in ancient times.

Meet at Virar Railway Station, PF 3 at 8:00am sharp
We will be traveling by a fast train from Churchgate which halts at
Churchgate 6.29 am
Mumbai central 6.39
Dadar: 6.46
Bandra: 6.52
Andheri: 7.00
Borivili: 7.15
Vasai road: 7.39
Virar: 7.51 am

From Virar we will take Dahanu Shuttle at 8:35am -
Reach Saphale Railway Station by 9:00 am
Breakfast at Saphale
Travel to base village by Private Vehicle
A round of Introduction and Rules & Regulations.
Start the trek to Tandulwadi Fort by 10:00 am
Reach the top, explore the fort and Lunch atop
Start descend by 2:00pm and back to base village by 4:00pm
Travel to Saphale Railway Station by 5:00pm
Reach Mumbai by 8pm approx.
Cost Of the Event will be Rs. 300/-
This includes
Transportation from Saphale to saphale,
and Evening Refreshments

A Water Bottle (~2-3 Ltrs),
Torch With Extra Battery (Must)
Camera, Cell Phone, Cap
Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments
Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits etc.
Medicine those if you require usually (Optional)
Extra Pair of clothes,
Good trekking shoes, carry extra pair of shoes or floaters if possible
A haversack to put all these things
Terms And Conditions
? It is up to the individual to arrange their own holiday / accident insurance & each adult would be asked to sign a liability waiver.
? Vibes Outdoors hold the right to change the venue, or date, of the event,
? Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
? In case event place or venue is changed, Vibes Outdoors will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, no change in costing will be charged.
? In case of cancellation of event, money will be returned to those who have enrolled, without any cutting.
? In case of cancellation of event, from participant's side, money will be returned to those who have enrolled, with
1. In case cancellation done before, 15 days, Rs. 50/- will be deducted.
2. In case cancellation done before, 1 week of Event, Rs. 500 will be deducted.
3. In case cancellation done on same day as tour is leaving or left, no refund will be given.
All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trek without refund.
