Swim the Night is a challenge, not a race. Swimming 2km every hour for 6 hours takes endurance, commitment and willpower, but can also be great fun.
Here’s how it works:
* Complete 2KM within the hour
* Use the remaining time to rest, recover, and reset
* Start again when the next hour begins
Enter as an individual, a double (team of 2) or relay team (of 3-4). If you enter as a double or team, only one of you can swim the entire 2KM at a time. You can divide up your swims in any way you wish; consecutive or with a break.
This isn’t about speed. It’s about resilience, discipline, mindset, and pushing limits when the body wants to quit.
Solo - push your personal limits
Double - half the time, but double the fun
Relay - tag in, support each other, and conquer the night together
From sundown into the darkness, the challenge becomes more than just swimming. It becomes a test of focus, grit, and teamwork under the stars.
