Itinerary-

Day 1-

Pick Up from Pune/Mumbai from a given common point, Report to the Shivneri School, Unload luggage, Orientation, Ice Breakers, Group Formation, Lunch, Rest & Relaxation time, Snacks, Horse Riding, Treasure / Scavenger Hunt in the evening, Dinner. 

Day 2-

Early Morning Yoga, Breakfast, Zipline + Burma bridge, Lunch + Rest, Rappelling + Rope Walk, Evening snacks, Military games/ parade, Cultural program, Dinner.

Day 3 -

Jog + Yoga, Breakfast, Air Rifle Shooting, Military Obstacles race, Lunch, Rest, Bonfire, and Camping, Stargazing

Day 4 -

Early Morning Trek in the Jungle, Breakfast, Certificate Ceremony, Departure, Lunch en-route.

• Food - Veg (Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, Dinner)

Exclusions-

• Personal expenses such as telephones, cold drinks, ice creams, mineral water, porter charges, etc. 
• Medical, hospitalization and related expenses
• Emergency evacuation
• Any insurance not covered under cost includes
• Any item not covered under the head ‘cost includes’.

Things to Carry-

Two water bottles, 1 Cap/Hat, 1 backpack for trails. 4-5 Sets of clothing: shirts/ t-shirts & trousers/shorts, 2 sets of nightclothes, 2 thin towels. Light jacket/sweatshirt and a shawl (optional). Small Torch with fresh cells, Odomos. Personal Toiletries-Soap, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, etc. 1 Pair of Walking Shoes & Slippers/Floaters. Notebook, pen, pencil, Crayons/Colors. Camera, Binoculars (optional). Personal medicine, if any, with a note explaining doses, time, quantity, etc. with the name of the child. (No need to send any extra medicine). Pen & a small diary. (Highly Recommended)

Disclaimer -

1. Pickup and Drop Facility is subject to mentioned timings. Latecomers will have to arrange for their transport. No deduction/refund of the transport charges will be applicable. 

2. Cancellation- Request for cancellation and refund should be made in the Cancellation Form, duly signed by the camper/guardian Cancellation Form is available on request. The refund will be paid by cheque (not cash) within 30 days of the camp conclusion. Whatever the reason, the substitution of one camper with another is not permitted. Cancellation charges will be applicable as follows and will cover all situations such as injuries, sickness, exams, interviews, selection in tournaments, etc. 

• More than 30 days prior to departure – 20% of the Tour Cost
• Between 30 to 16 days prior to departure – 25% of the Tour Cost
• Between 15 to 10 days prior to departure – 50% of the Tour Cost
• Less than 10 days prior to departure – 100% of the Tour cost
