STEM Education in the AI Era - Gig way!

Recently, CBSE has announced to include AI curriculum at the school levels to catch up with the global competition in the emerging complex economy driven by technology disruptions. The importance of STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics ) learning, especially,  for the age bracket of 13 to 18 years, has gained critical momentum. In this situation, not all schools are equipped to deliver the new industry subjects. And hence the need for industry professionals to extend their support for the pressing needs of the education by dedicating at least 2 to 4 hours in a week in their neighborhood schools, helping teachers and the students to learn the necessary skills in a more meaningful way. In a broader term, these gig professionals become digital transformation agents at schools.

Gig Economy is synonymous to The freelance economy, in which workers or professionals opt for a variety of projects ( or flexi jobs), called gigs, for their living as an alternative to 9 to 5 employment.  Based on the Ikigai principles, practicing gig works could be a game changer in today's changing world.
