Bindu Rao is a professional Event Coordinator for the B612 quiz online league & has done costing for a cafe in Indiranagar and started her own Supper Club on wheels by working with multiple venues across Bangalore (mainly North Bangalore). She cooks vegetarian, vegan, and non-vegetarian savoury dishes, often prepares South Indian temple recipes, and enjoys cooking with millets.
What will this event cover?

- Craft your brand story (15 minutes): Answer the brand cheatsheet to figure out your compelling brand story (can be taken home).
- Menu costing & types (20 minutes): How to calculate food item costs and ensure sufficient margins so you aren't losing money?
- Break/Breather (10 minutes)
- Activity (10 minutes): Cheatsheet (can be taken home) to figure out your strengths, weaknesses, and where you need support.
- Draft a 3 course menu (10 minutes): Attendees note down their menu & pass their sheet for more ideas across the table.

- Picking crockery, cutlery & decor items (15 minutes) : Disposable Vs Steel Vs Ceramic
- Marketing your event to friends & family and how to put your event on ticketing platforms like Townscript, Urbanaut, AllEvents & BookMyShow(20 minutes)
- Meal preparation and finding co-hosts (10 minutes): Determine food portion sizes to avoid waste and find a co-host who excels in areas where you need support.
- Set goals for future Supper club (10 minutes): Set a date, time, text someone you are inviting to your Supper Club.
