SINDHU LIVE
Some artists perform. Some artists carry worlds within their voice.
Sindhu Vasudevan is one of them.
A vocalist, dancer, and performer with a deeply rooted yet boundaryless sound, Sindhu brings together years of classical training and global exploration into one seamless experience. Trained under Dr. Vijaylakshmy Subramaniam in Chennai and currently honing her craft with Vivek Sundararam in Austin, her music holds both discipline and freedom in equal measure.
As the lead vocalist of the Grammy-nominated Berklee Indian Ensemble, Sindhu has already taken her voice across stages and continents. Singing in 16 languages and collaborating across genres like jazz, flamenco, and Indian classical, she doesn’t just switch styles — she belongs in each of them.
Many discovered her through Ragamalika TV’s Quarantine from Reality, and stayed for her widely loved series Thursdays with Thatha — where music became memory, legacy, and love. Today, that same intimacy travels with her to live stages across India and the US.
Having shared the stage with legends like Shreya Ghoshal, Shankar Mahadevan, KS Chitra, Bombay Jayshri, Vijay Prakash and more, Sindhu brings with her both credibility and a rare emotional honesty.
This evening is not just a showcase of genres — from ghazals to Bollywood to originals — it’s a reflection of an artist who moves effortlessly between tradition and reinvention.
Come for the music.
Stay for everything it makes you feel.
