About Chief Guest: - CEng. Shreekant Patil is a welding technical committee member at the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) India. He has led the establishment of various IIW student welding chapters at MET Bhujbal College SNJB College Chandwad and encourages other HEIs to create student chapters for exposure to national and international technical experts. Shreekant also advocates for the establishment of BIS India's student chapters in colleges to understand Indian standards and build a future generation of standard experts. With over 30 years of experience in the industry particularly in resistance welding he is also a committee member at AWS and ASTM contributing internationally in the welding sector.
