📋 Event Overview

• Distance: 50+ KM

• Format: Point-to-Point (Starts in Sangli, Finishes in Kolhapur)

• Race Date: October 17

• Flag-Off Time: 11:30 PM (Midnight Race)

• Capacity: Strictly limited to 100 slots

🛑 Strict Qualification Standards

To ensure runner safety, participants must be at least 18 years old and meet at least one of the following timing criteria:

• 21 KM finished under 2:45 hours

• 35 KM finished under 5:00 hours

• Full Marathon finished under 6:00 hours

• Any prior 50 KM Ultra finish

• Or an equivalent endurance event approved by the Race Director.

Crucial Cut-off Times

This is a timed night event with strict enforcement. Runners failing to hit these marks will be pulled from the course:

• 25 KM Mark: 3:00 AM (3.5 hours from flag-off)

• 35 KM Mark: 4:45 AM (5.25 hours from flag-off)

🛠 On-Course Support & Safety

• Hydration: Moving vehicle (leapfrogging) aid stations will support you every 5–6 km.

• Mandatory Gear: You must run with a headlight/flashlight and a personal hydration pack/bottle.

• Restrooms: Runners can use petrol pumps along the highway route.

• Baggage: Drop your securely tagged bags at the Start (0 KM). We will transport them directly to the Finish Line (50 KM).

• Medical Aid: A medical tent is located at the Start/Finish. Ambulances are stationed at major junctions for emergencies. (Note: Runners bear any external hospital treatment expenses).

🚌 Travel & Return Transport

• Self-Arrangement: Runners are primarily responsible for arranging their own return travel from Kolhapur back to Sangli.

• Organiser Transport Assistance: If you need the organizers to arrange return transport for you, you must notify them at least 7 days prior to the event.

• Cost: This optional service will be charged at actual cost rates.

📅 Important Dates & Deadlines

• October 1 (Midnight): Registrations close (or earlier if 100 slots fill!).

• October 7: Strict deadline to submit medical certificates and qualification proof.

• October 10: Strict deadline to request paid return transport from the organizers.

• October 17 (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Mandatory In-Person Bib Collection.

• Location: Radhey Dental Clinic, Vishrambag, Sangli.
• Note: Bring a Government ID. No proxy pickups allowed.

• October 17 (11:30 PM): Race Flag-off.
