With this vision in mind, Sanjay Bhoir Foundation presents a fun packed month of SBF Sports Carnival 2025.

Gear Up and Join us this December to experience the real world of sports.

• Football- Team (Age Category 9-14 Yrs)

• 2 Minutes Fitness Challenge (Men/Women)

• Skating

Rules & Regulations :

1. The event is limited to residents of Dhokali, Balkum, Majiwada and Kolshet(AADHAR Card/VOTER ID will be considered as valid address proof) area only. Inclusion of player/s outside this area limit, will call for disqualification of team at any stage of event.

2. All players must carry valid Age and Address proofs during matches.

3. Matches will be played according to draw and there will be no change in schedule.

4. Schedule will be shared on contact details provided at the time of registration.

5. For team matches you need to just register your team online, post registration member/s from our organization will contact you for further details.

6. Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Lawn Tennis, Volley Ball, KIDS Football will be conducted at SHARADCHANDRAJI PAWAR MINI STADIUM TMC - Dhokali, between 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm on week days and 9.00 am to 10.00 pm on weekends. (Schedule will be shared).

7. For SKATING date and venue will be informed to registered participants.

8. Cricket Tournament will be conducted from 13th Dec 2025 to 28th Dec 2025 at Highland Garden Ground Dhokali between 7.00 am to 6.00pm.

9. The dates mentioned above are tentative, may change as per registrations.

10. Participants are expected to have reasonable fitness.

11. On field, judges / organizers / Referees / Umpires decision will be final.

12. During all the events, the participants need to be present at least 30 minutes prior to the designated start time.

13. Participants might have to play multiple rounds on any given day.

14. All teams are requested to maintain discipline and to avoid any kind of arguments with any other participant, referees and organizers.

15. A bye will be granted to the opponent if the participant fails to be present at the venue on the scheduled time.

Notes:

• The Organizers reserves the right to cancel any sport / event if enough entries are not received.

• Draws and timings of your matches will be informed to you 2 days prior to the event.

• No Refunds will be processed for incorrect or in-valid registrations.

• The event Schedule and venues will be decided by the organizers and will be final and abiding. Any alterations made by organizers on change of date or venue due to unforeseen reasons, has to be accepted by participants.

• The organizers will not be responsible for any kind of incidents / mishaps / loss of property on or off the field.

• Management will not be responsible for any injury caused during the event. Basic First-aid will be available at venue.

• The organizing team has the rights to reject any participant in case of using any unfair means or lack of proper conduct on or off the field.

• All safety gear and playing equipment have to be brought by the participants. The organizers would be providing the consumables only like balls, shuttles etc.
