About Sandhan Valley:-
Sandhan valley is a wonder of nature and a gem in the Western Ghats. The water carved valley is the greatest canyon approx 300 ft deep, near Samrad village.
Located in the Ahmednagar district, near the famous fort Ratangad, Sandhan valley is undoubtedly The Valley of Suspense. Walking through the narrow streak of valley with 300 ft rock walls on both the sides is a lifetime experience.
Sandhan Valley Trek is a unique experience combining adventure activities such as Rappelling and staying admidst nature.
Sandhan Valley trek involves rappling two small patch of varied length of 12ft to 25ft.
Overnight stay in tents.
Brilliant & deep narrow rock floored ravine between the two high walls of mountain range. At some places its width is less than 3 ft so that at some places sun rays unable to reach. So it?s called valley of shadow. it is accessible throughout the year except monsoon. To go at end side of gorge you have cross 2-3 water pools, water level changes according to seasons, in winter it is up to waist & in summer it is up to knee height. At the end of valley you get magnificent view of high cliffs & deep valley.

After Reaching Kasara all the Participants have to gather near Ticket Window post counting we will start our journey to Sandhan Valley via Samrad Village.
SCHEDULE FOR TREK :
Day 1
3:30 AM - Reach Samrad by Private vehicle-Jeep
5:00 AM - Start trek , once reached at the base village Samrad
Breakfast after crossing the water flow in the valley
Lunch on the Way ( Lunch to be carried )
Reach at the Base, visit the blue Lagoon Pond , Campfire , Dinner etc.
Day 2
Wake up Call , Freshen Up
Breakfast ( Maggie, Upma or Poha )
Start descend towards Dehne
Travel Dehne ? Dolkhamb and further to Asangaon by local transport bus or Jeep whichever is available
Reach Asangaon by 3:30 PM
Reach Mumbai by 05:30 PM
Expenses for Trek is Rs.1400/- per person
which is inclusive of travel from Kasara to Kasara, Breakfast,lunch,dinner,camping charges including tents,professional & expert (having experience of 5+ years of organizing Sandhan Valley Treks) charges,guide charges .

Please do not litter, we believe in the saying, ?When you go to the mountain leave only your footprints and bring back only memories? The leader?s decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained. Hiking / Trekking / Rock climbing is an adventurous activity and accidents can happen in spite of taking utmost caution and care. The Trekking-Spartans will not be responsible for injury / accident / death to the participant while on trek.
