Salvation Run is an exclusive, faith centered running and walking event for the CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY, prayerfully organized to mark the sacred observance of GOOD FRIDAY and EASTER SUNDAY. It is an ECUMENICAL gathering that unites believers across all Christian denominations in remembrance of the sacrifice, death, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is not a race for competition, but an expression of faith, gratitude, and unity walking and running together under the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, proclaiming Romans 1:16
Event Description: Salvation Run is a non-competitive faith run designed to bring together Christians of all ages, churches, and traditions in a spirit of worship, fellowship, and testimony. Participants take part in : • 3 KM Faith Walk and • 5 KM Salvation Run Each step taken symbolizes the Christian journey from the Cross to the Resurrection, from sacrifice to victory, from death to eternal life.
The event emphasizes:
1. Unity of the Christian Body (Ecumenical fellowship)
2. Remembrance of Christ’s redemptive sacrifice on Good Friday
3. Celebration of the Resurrection power of Easter Sunday
4. Witnessing faith through joyful, peaceful participation
