One interesting part that is not often discussed in product content strategy is its role in the SaaS pricing page.
Shopify, Intercom, Salesforce, Drift, Mailchimp, Slack, Basecamp, Typeform - there are so many examples of SaaS who have experienced huge growth and their teams share their design and content strategy. I have not seen their content strategists talking about their role on the pricing page.
I have designed complex B2B SaaS pricing pages and I can say that this is one of the most challenging phases of working on the product content strategy.
