Meet the Stoplights!
What began as a friendly competition turned into something far more meaningful. The members of The Stoplights — Aanya, Zoey, and Athreya on vocals, Aryash on drums, Kierat and Savar on guitar, and Ishani on bass — first met while performing on opposing teams at a music contest. Yet even then, they were united by a shared pulse — the belief that music has the power to connect people beyond rivalry, genre, and background.
“Rush Hour” captures that very energy — the chaos, rhythm, and emotion of moving through life together, finding harmony amidst noise. Each song reflects the feeling of navigating through moments of pressure and pause, uncertainty and joy — much like the stoplights we wait at, race past, and sometimes forget to notice.
Performing at Depot48 holds special meaning for The Stoplights. Known for its intimate stage and emphasis on authentic, soulful performances, Depot48 mirrors what this band stands for: real connection, raw emotion, and the joy of creating music that brings people together.
