Cramps- prevent & manage, knee pain quick relief tips, shin splints solution, fuelling before, during and after, breathing techniques, stretches, activation exercises, how to prep for the marathon 10 days prior to be in your best shape for the marathon


While this workshop is geared towards Mumbai Marathon, it will be useful for any marathon preparation.
