₹100 extra per person for tented stay on sharing basis.

*Itinerary:*

10:00pm - Reporting at DP road and start travel towards Bajarwadi. (Base village)

12:00pm - Reach Bajarwadi and start trekking towards Rohida Fort.

02:00am - Reach top of the Fort. Do Stargazing followed by Tent Pitching, Antakshari and Damsharaj. Sleep later on (if you want to).

05:40am - Wake-up call. Explore the Fort. Enjoy the Sunrise.

07:30am - Start descending.

08:30am - Reach the base and have Breakfast.

09:00am - Start return journey towards Pune.

11:30am - Reach Pune.(+/- 1hr)

 

*Things to Bring:*

-Trekking/Sports shoes

-Sleeping Mat/Sleeping bag

-Winter wear

-2.5 ltr of water(Compulsory)

-Try wearing full sleeves and full track pants.

-Full payment of fees prior to the outing is mandatory. For Bank transfer/UPI/Paytm(3% extra as applicable only for Paytm)please contact us.

-Any type of addictions like tobacco, Liquor, etc is strictly not allowed.

-Littering Prohibited(keep all the wrappers and other waste in your bags or pockets and dispose them back in Pune)

-You can also sleep below on the plain surface if you don't want the tents. Just carry proper bedding.

• Awara Rahi will not be responsible for any type of injuries including accidental death happened due to uncertain events during the activity.

• It would be participants own responsibility for the same, no interference of the parents, guardians of participants will be entertained.

• Awara Rahi has full rights to change or alter the activity considering the safety of participants & experts & also subject to the natural conditions at the time of the event.

• If any participant wants to leave the event prior to its committed time, declaration for the same should be provided to Awara Rahi Leaders present at the event.

• Participants should follow the timely instructions given by the Leaders & Experts during the event.

• Safety measure is to be followed on strict basis anybody not following will be discarded on the spot.

• Adventure Activities are organized considering the favourable conditions of Nature and Atmosphere where Safety comes first.

• If in case there is a natural Calamity and if event is Cancelled NO REFUND will be provided in such Circumstances, Leaders Decision will be Final so no Arguments will be entertained.
