A 3-day virtual cycling event on GuruNanak Dev Ji's 551st birth anniversary
According to the distance the participants will ride in 3 days, they will be automatically certified in 3 classes. Silver level certification will be awarded to the participants who cycled 50 to 100 kilometers in 3 days, Gold to the participants cycling 100 to 150 kilometers and Platinum category to the participants who cycled more than 150 kilometers.
Rules & Regulations for the event
1. This is an outdoor cycling event. Rides done on stationary exercise bikes and e-bikes are not eligible for the event.
2. Participants should be at least 13 years old. Minor participants should be supervised by their parents.
3. You have to share your cycling record daily with Strava links to our WhatsApp number 9806481311.
4. Rides that are not tracked on Strava or not synced from other services to Strava will not be considered for the event.
5. Only one cycling record can be submitted per day.
6. Submission should be made on same day of ride. Late submissions would not be entertained.
7. Follow all government regulations of social distancing, personal safety and use all safety gears like helmet and bicycle lights. We are not responsible for any injury caused during the ride.
8. Please note that this is a SELF-COORDINATED ride with no setup, No chip-timing, or coordinators on-site. Your time will be self-recorded, submitted, and can be posted on our Whatsapp number 9806481311 after your ride.
9. In any condition, the decision of organizer will be final and applicable.
10. Sponsors takes no responsibility related to event.
11. If two or more participants ride exactly same distance, ranking will be done after considering factors like moving time, elapsed time and elevation gain. Points earned due to elevation gain will also be recorder using Strava’s activity. Make sure that Strava application runs smoothly in your phone.
12. In case your activity looks suspicious, we can exercise our rights for fair competition and ask for in-person inspection or can disqualify you from the contest.
13. The event is open for participants from across India. Riders form Indore and Mhow (MP) will get printed certificates and medals and riders from other cities can participate in the event but will be eligible only for e-Certificates and Physical Medal on successful completion of the target.
14. Participants need to ride a minimum of 50 km to be eligible for certificates and medals.
