Guilt can either be that nagging feeling at the back of our heads that keeps irritating and distracting us, or it can turn into a debilitating monster that threatens to swallow us whole.
Big or Small, it acts as a silent drain on all the positives of our life.
No human being was made perfect and hence it is natural to make mistakes.
To err is human, they say. But with mistakes come bad consequences and with bad consequences come guilt and regret.
While we all might feel guilty about something or other, sometimes it can be destructive, damaging our self esteem and causing us to self sabotage out career, dreams and even relationships.
It is the least desirable of our emotions and we often push it away and busy ourselves with more distracting activities.
However, shoving it back into our subconscious mind does not make it go away. It waits there and festers all kinds of negative consequences that spill into our lives at unexpected moments.
Hence it is extremely important to bring awareness to this aspect of our life. Hold it on to the light of consciousness, look at it and take back the power that it has stolen from us.
For those of us floundering in silent feelings of guilt, this workshop will be an excellent place to give you a start and a toolkit to start managing this monster and take away its power over your life.
In this two hour intensive workshop we will cover the following :
1. Theory of "What is Guilt, and Where does it arise from"
2. A Step by Step framework to help you manage feelings of guilt.
3. Create an action plan for you to help you reconcile with the monster called - Guilt.
This workshop is brought to you by the Oasis Community in Bangalore.
