About the trainers:
Mr John Victor has been in the profession of counselling, training and mentoring for more than 15 years. He has worked with numerous schools, universities, NGOs and corporates. He has helped clients from all walks of life.
He has worked with clients who had tremendous difficulty losing weight and all diet and exercise plans had failed for them. Working with these clients, he realised that there is almost no awareness about the psychological barriers one faces while trying to be healthy and what to do about it.
Mr Nishant Raj has been working in the mental health field for more than two years. He has a particular inclination towards the connection between body and mind and how to use it for improved health. He realised that there is a lot of misinformation regarding health, weight loss and fitness in general. Fad diets, unproven supplements and bogus weight loss programmes are looting people of their health, time and money. He is committed to providing facts, and research-backed health solutions which cater to the individual’s needs and level of commitment.
