Presear Softwares Pvt. Ltd. (PSPL) is conducting a national-level Talent Assessment Exam to identify skilled candidates for multiple outsourced job roles in both Tech and Non-Tech domains. Top-performing candidates will be referred and placed across reputed partner organizations.

Process Flow

1. Register for the Exam – Pay the assessment fee of ₹499.
2. Appear for the Aptitude & Skill Test – Designed to evaluate your strengths.
3. Top Performers will be shortlisted for HR Rounds and client interviews.
4. Selected Candidates will be placed under outsourced employment contracts.
5. Others get free training & reattempt opportunity after 30 days.

Note: The fee collected is solely for conducting the assessment. PSPL does not charge any commission or placement fee.

1. Final Year Students / Fresh Graduates (2023–2025 pass-outs)
2. Any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Management)
3. Basic communication and aptitude skills
