What to Expect?

Route Support – Ensuring you stay on track throughout your run, offering hydration support along the way

Guided Warm-ups & Cool-downs – Our experienced trainers will lead you through essential warm-up exercises to prepare your muscles and cool-down routines for proper recovery.

Flexible Distance – The route covers a 5km distance. You're free to run the distance you feel comfortable, within this route. Run at Your Own Pace!
