2nd Pondicherry International Film Festival 2019

2nd Pondicherry International Film Festival (PIFF 2019) organized by Pickurflick will showcase the best of independent cinema from across the globe in the following formats: Feature Films, Short Films, Documentary (short & feature length)

30+ films, 11 countries, 1 week!

The festival will also have special screenings of contemporary Tamil independent cinema besides other regional languages.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Entry strictly for 18 years & above only.

2. Entry will be on first come first serve basis with preference to pre-registered viewers and depending on the availability of seats at the venue. Registration does not guarantee seat (s) at the venues.

3. All films will have English subtitles.

4. Rights to admission reserved by the organizers & the venues.

5. Food & beverages not allowed inside the auditoriums.

6. Backpacks/bags are not allowed inside the auditoriums.

7. Videography during screening is strictly prohibited.

8. Registration for each day is valid for the entire screenings for that date only.

9. Carrying firearms or any illegal items inside the auditorium is strictly prohibited.

10. Schedule is subject to change at the last minute without prior intimation (Pls follow the schedule on the website).

11. Pls follow the rules & regulations of the respective venues.

Important instructions for screening at Multimedia Centre Auditroium, Town Hall, Auroville:

1. Pls note that the registered attendees need to report at the PIFF 2019 Registration Desk at Visitor’s Centre Parking, Auroville. Security contact details for Visitor’s Centre- 0413-2622611.

2. Kindly verify your registration by showing the ticket on your phone to the registration desk.

3. After verification, the attendees can take the free shuttle service from the Visitor’s Centre to Town Hall. At the end of each show, the shuttle will drop back the attendees from Town Hall to Visitor’s Centre Parking. In case you have registered for back to back shows at Auroville then you can choose to stay back, however registration is a must for each show and will be checked at the beginning of each show.

4. Kindly report at least half an hour prior to the show timings at Visitor's Centre Parking, Auroville. The auditorium gate will close 10 min before the show timings.

5. Availability of seat is on a first come first serve basis with priority to registered attendees however registration does not guarantee you a seat at the venue.

6. Parking at Visitor’s Centre Parking, Auroville is a paid parking.

7. Pls note that food & beverages are strictly not allowed inside the auditorium.

8. Kindly note that the cafes at Town Hall close at 4:30 pm and cafes outside Auroville may be open till 10 pm. Pls plan accordingly.
