Photojournalism workshop

Photojournalism is a profession that depends on two vital skills. One is photography and the other one is writing catchy phrases/captions. Both these skills require some amount of formal training. One needs to understand the intricacies involved in the media field before entering the field of Journalism. There are several things such as ethics, right to privacy, verifying the authenticity of the news etc. that one has to take into consideration to in order to be qualified as a responsible Journalist.

Visualite Academy is now offering a one day workshop in photojournalism. This workshop is open to all those who are passionate about photography and expressing current events or social issues through photography. This workshop is open to all without any restrictions based on age, educational qualification and prior work experience. The workshop is being conducted through both online and offline modes. Those who live outside Chennai can opt for online workshop. Those attending the workshop online are requested to bring their own DSLRs for the practice session. We urge all interested candidates to register for the workshop as early as possible.
