PARAS HEALTH RUN

Paras Hospital, Gurugram invites you to participate in ‘Paras Health Run’. An initiative which aims at promoting leading healthy lifestyle and fitness culture for every generation. The event caters to various levels – 5Kfun walk, 5K run and 10K run. Each participant will be provided with one T-shirt, one snack box, event participation certificate and medal.

Paras Health was established in 2006, with the mission of providing specialized tertiary medical care services to underserved communities across the country. Race Categories-

10Km Run (6:30am start, Min age 14yrs, Chip-timed, cutoff time limit 1:30hrs)- 1200/-

5Km Run (6:45am start, Min age 8yrs, Chip-timed, cutoff time limit 50mins)- 1200/-

5Km Fun Walk (6:45am start, Min age 8yrs, non-timed)- 1000/-

(10K & 5K are timed runs)

I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.

Refund Policy-

In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to Covid related lockdowns & reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable.
