Day 1:  Arrival, Camp Setup & Firefly Trail

03:00 PM: Arrive at Panshet and check in to the campsite.

04:00 PM: Tent allotment and relaxation.

05:00 PM: Enjoy evening tea and snacks.

06:00 PM: Leisure time or explore nearby surroundings.

08:00 PM: BBQ, bonfire, and fun activities under the stars.

09:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious local dinner at the campsite.

10:30 PM: Guided drive/trail to witness fireflies in the nearby forest (approx. 2 km).

11:00 PM: Reach the firefly zone and experience the magical glow in the forest.

01:00 AM: Return to the campsite and rest in cozy tents.

Day 2: Sunrise, Trek & Departure

06:00 AM: Wake up early to enjoy a serene sunrise over the hills.

07:00 AM: Guided lakeside forest trek — explore the natural flora and beauty.

08:00 AM: Reach the lake viewpoint and admire the Sahyadri mountain range.

09:00 AM: Breakfast at the campsite.

10:30 AM: Depart for Pune/Mumbai.

11:00 AM: Trip concludes with wonderful memories.

Rules & Regulations

• Maintain silence during firefly spotting (no flash or loud noise).
• Music will be turned off by 10:00 PM.
• Respect nature, locals, and fellow campers.
• Follow the guide’s instructions during trails.
• Any damage to camp property will be chargeable.
• Firefly sightings depend on weather conditions; refunds not applicable in case of non-sightings.
• Do not litter or play loud music in the forest.
• The trek leader’s decisions are final for group safety.
• Adventure Club Pune is not liable for personal injuries, illness, or lost belongings.
• Avoid carrying valuables or jewelry.
• Maintain proper conduct to ensure a pleasant experience for all participants.
