Online Discussion: Leveraging Large Language Models for Business Differentiation

ISB Alumni Business Analytics SIG is excited to invite you to our inaugural monthly virtual analytics SIG meetup, titled "Analytic Insights." These meetups serve as a platform for industry professionals and esteemed alumni to come together and engage in meaningful discussions on case studies, papers, and the latest research trends in the field of analytics.

Our first meetup is scheduled for Saturday, July 8th, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. We will be exploring the topic of "How do Businesses leverage the use of Large Language Models to sustainably differentiate." This event will be led by Anupam Purwar, PGP Co '19, Senior Research Scientist, Amazon.

Generative AI in the natural language space is showing tremendous potential in automating various routine jobs. Recent studies have also demonstrated that Gen AI can aid with creative content creation. At the centre of this innovation in Gen AI are Large Language Models (LLMs), the leading ones are GPT 4, Falcon and Lazarus etc. Many of these LLMs are open source and can help organisations unlock tremendous value at very low cost in a scalable way. Through this talk, I would provide a practical way to apply LLMs to maximise your ROI for building interactive chatbots, text summarisation and querying qualitative insights hidden in your data corpus without having to expose your organisation’s data to the internet.
