Seating Format & Entry

• Every day the feast starts at 11 am and ends at 10 pm and entry is basis on ticket slots of 60 mins booked on ticketing platform as per your selected preferred slot.
• You have to arrive 15 mins prior to your time slot as mentioned on your ticket.
• In case you arrive late you will be granted entry only if next slot is vacant or at the end of the slot based on booking that day.
• In case there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances slots will be pushed accordingly in sequence of booking.
• Please note Onam is a community based lunch program and everyone is encouraged to sit in a community style seating.

Ticket Booking

1. Simply select your date, select your type of format and make the payment.
2. You will get a QR code and confirmation email with ticket ID.
3. Get the ticket at the outlet and you get your seat or parcel at the allocated time and location

Terms & Conditions

Tickets

a. Tickets for the Onam event can be booked online through designated ticketing platforms only.

b. Tickets are subject to availability and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

c. Each ticket is valid for one person and is non-transferable.

d. Ticket is non refundable

e. Ticket cannot be clubbed or discounted with other offers.

 f. Taxes are Applicable.

Onam Sadhya Feast:

a. The ticket grants access to the Full Onam Sadhya featuring 27 authentic Kerala dishes.

b. The restaurant reserves the right to make changes to the menu or replace items if necessary.

Refunds and Cancellations:

a. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the restaurant.

b. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and a refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

Age Restriction:

a. Children above 5 years may require a separate ticket for the event. Below 5 years can share from same plate

b. The restaurant may have age restrictions for specific events or certain timings.

Conduct and Behavior:

a. Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the staff and fellow attendees.

b. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies:

a. Guests with specific dietary restrictions or allergies are encouraged to check in advance regarding ingredients and allergens.

b. The restaurant may not be possible to fulfill all requests since its a community event.

Liability:

a. The restaurant will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.

b. Guests attend the event at their own risk.

Photography and Media:

a. The restaurant may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes.

b. Guests attending the event consent to the use of their likeness in promotional materials.

Takeaway Parcel Terms

• Ticket holders must collect their takeaway Sadhya package from the designated restaurant on the chosen event date between specified collection timings.
• Tickets for the takeaway Sadhya are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the restaurant.
• Ticket holders with specific dietary restrictions or allergies are encouraged to check in advance.
• Ticket holders must present their valid ticket or booking confirmation during the collection of the takeaway Sadhya package.
• Late collection may result in a cancellation without refund as parcel shelf life may be compromised.
• Sadhya should be consumed within 2-3 hours of your booking slot time.
• The restaurant will not be liable for any loss or damage to the takeaway Sadhya package once it has been collected by the ticket holder. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to handle and transport the Sadhya package with care.
