As India celebrates its 72nd #IndependenceDay, Walk Calcutta Walk plans for a Special #IDayWalkingTrail.

Bengal was a major centre of the Independence movement. We plan to visit some lesser known places like the ones from where the likes of #AurobindoGhosh, #JatinDas, #BhagatSingh operated, check out interesting and authentic #artefacts from that period, and learn how #Sports played a galvanizing role in the freedom movement. 

We will start with a #breakfast, have a #snack break at a place where the freedom fighters ate and while doing so also plotted against the Empire and end up quenching your #thirst with a freedom movement connection - yes the #AnushilanSamiti
